Iskar gorge
The Iskar Gorge is even better known as the Iskar gorge. The charming relief here is formed as a result of the crossed Stara planina and Vrachanski Balkan on the side of the longest river in our country - Iskar. Iskar is also a fairly old river, because according to geological studies, the river existed long before Stara Planina, which made its way through it, leaving behind wonderful water inventions. The Velingrad gorge
The main road leading to the jewel of the Rhodopes - Velingrad, is impressive to say the least. There is a high probability that a rabbit, fox or squirrel will cross your path to Velingrad, especially if you are traveling in the dark. If you find yourself in a traffic jam, it is most likely because of the Septemvri-Dobrinishte narrow gauge railway that crosses the gorge. Before your eyes will be revealed the wagon that has become so famous in recent years thanks to the sense of adventure and romanticism it brings with it.
