1. Maritza

4. Kamchia
The water wealth of Northeast Bulgaria is extremely modest, but the Kamchia River is part of this territory. The river forms a picturesque gorge named Luda Kamchia. The gorge is as beautiful as it is deep, long, with many meanders and steep slopes. Its rock composition forms the so-called Wonder Rocks. Since Kamchia is located near the Black Sea, many tourists take a boat trip on their way to the sea!

5. Arda
Arda, the second largest tributary of the Maritsa River, is equally beautiful. The river passes through the regions of Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo, and then through Northeast Greece.
