At the heart of the foundation are voluntary works that aim to rescue, care for and find suitable shelter for street dogs and cats. So far, the mission has been more than successful and many four-legged friends are part of a happy family.
The motto of the foundation is "Give a paw to the abandoned". To contribute to the activity you can help in the following ways:

Dog First Aid Training
The foundation also offers the unique opportunity to become part of the "First Aid for Dogs" training, where you will learn how to help your four-legged friend in real time if he gets into a critical and life-threatening situation. At the training, you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge on some of the following case studies:
- What to do if the dog stops breathing?
- What is the procedure for allergic reactions?
- How to proceed in the event of a traffic accident?
- What are the products that we should keep the pet away from?
- When should we contact a vet immediately?
- What are the signs of dangerous conditions?
- It is recommended that you get involved so that you are prepared to help your pet because his life is in your hands!
Opportunity to volunteer
The foundation gives the opportunity to join it with new volunteers to follow the unifying mission for the safety, peace and happy life of the four-legged ones. Volunteer activities include online counseling, special assistance, transportation, food provision, event organization, shelter renovation, and more.
Distance adoption
The Sharo Foundation also offers the option of remote animal adoption. It is an indirect process of monthly maintenance - taking care of the costs of care, food and, if necessary, providing medical assistance without having to devote your personal time to it. The monthly fee is entirely personal choice, one-time donations are accepted.
