1. Belogradchik rocks
This is the place that tops our ranking. The Belogradchik rocks are famous not only among us Bulgarians, but also abroad. The place is a rocky object with a length of about 30km. The rock formations are divided into several groups, the first of which includes the so-called The Horseman, The Madonna, The Dervish, Adam and Eve, The Mushrooms, The Lion, The Monks, The Bear, The Castle and The Shepherd. This landmark enables the imagination of the human eye, as each of the visitors likens the rocks to a variety of animal or human forms.

2. The seven Rila lakes
Rila lakes are no exception to the trend, and legends are told about them. The most common version is that the place was inhabited by male and female giants who enjoyed a harmonious life. At one point, the woman lost her lover, and the tears caused by the grief of losing her loved one managed to create these uniquely beautiful lakes. There is also something symbolic about their number, because 7 is a well-known sacred number. Small streams connect the so-called lakes - Salzata, Okoto, Babreka¸ Bliznaka, Trelistnika, Ribnoto and Dolnoto. The beauty from the top is stunning!

3. Thracian sanctuary "Tatul"
The mastery of nature has created this too sanctuary, not far from the village of Tatul, Kardzhali region. The archaeological landmark is also known as the "Sanctuary of Orpheus". The object is a sanctuary and a fortress. Legend has it that the shrine was used to offer sacrifices to the ancients Thracian deities. From there comes the connection with Orpheus, it is believed that the tomb was a sanctuary of him. Even without knowing these hypotheses, you will feel the impressive energy of the place. 4. The wonderful bridges
Another rock phenomenon, part of the wealth of The Western Rhodopes, is located in the valley of the river Erkyupria. The river caused erosion, which in turn led to the formation of a deep water cave. Over time, the ceiling of the cave collapses in places and this leads to the formation of the strange shapes that people liken to bridges. If you see them with your own eyes, you will ask yourself how it is possible that nature possesses such mastery!

5. Golden bridges
You can't help but have seen pictures of this place because everyone has visited Vitosha ¸doesn't fail to capture footage from the so-called Golden bridges. The geological phenomenon is actually a stone river in Vitosha Nature Park. Lichens of a golden color cover the stone blocks, hence the name.
