Tsarevets fortress
The Tsarevets fortress is located in Veliko Tarnovo and is located on a hill with the same name as the fortress. It was the main fortress during the Second Bulgarian State and the earliest evidence of its establishment dates back to the 4th century.

The fortress there are three entrances, the main one is on the east side of the hill and to enter Tsarevets, you will have to go through a huge stone gate.
