Sostra Fortress - an ancient Roman fortress, part of whose remains can be seen near Troyan 
The fortress was active until the 5th century, when it was finally destroyed by the Huns. The exploration and restoration of Sostra was carried out in the period 2002 – 2011. 
The place is just off the road, looks interesting but we didn't get to see everything because unfortunately it's unkempt and in tall grass. There was also a ticket booth maybe, but it was closed.
