In every hotel the bathroom is his second masterpiece (the first is, of course, the reception). The intimate space of the bathroom allows guests to take care of hygiene - and also to relax.
\nBathroom requirements vary depending on the number of hotel stars. The most interesting solutions are most often based on proven and original ideas and careful analysis of customer satisfaction surveys. Unfortunately, the most common problems are so recurring that they can be successfully addressed at the planning, arrangement, or even operation stages.<\/p>\n

PROBLEMS<\/h4>\n

As in any other area, it is much easier to prevent them in the beginning than to resolve them later. We will look at the problems both from the point of view of the investor and the hotel guest.<\/p>\n

1. The problem with the budget difference in the last stage of the investment implementation<\/h4>\n

Bathrooms are usually one of the last completed rooms in hotels. However, there are times when money is lacking in the final stages of construction. Then there may be layoffs and savings, which in the short term allow to minimize financial overruns, but in the long run lead to serious problems. If, for example, the investor replaces the sanitary ware, fittings, ceramic tiles<\/a> and other equipment with equivalents cheaper than those originally included in the project, this can have serious consequences. Lower product quality means higher levels of damage and reduced service life. This is also to the detriment of the prestige of the hotel facility. It is not worth getting into such trouble that will bring you a weak image from the very beginning. Bet on quality materials, despite the slightly higher price.<\/p>\n

2. Problem with the finishing teams<\/h4>\n

This is a problem for the entire construction industry - and there is still no cure for it. Decorating bathrooms takes time, requires precision and experience. That is why it is worth concluding a contract with professional teams in advance. By entrusting the work to an unproven team, you risk mistakes in execution.<\/p>\n

3. Saving quality<\/h4>\n

Of course, even the best finishing teams can have problems if the investor chooses poor quality products. That is why you should choose products with a long-term warranty, only of medium and high class and with full technical documentation.<\/p>\n

4. Problems with cleanliness<\/h4>\n

Hygiene in the hotel bathrooms - is a barometer for the cleanliness of the entire facility for customers. Research shows that this factor is crucial for the overall assessment of the hotel. Therefore, there is no room for compromise - every element of the bathroom decor should shine. In addition, it must withstand frequent disinfection.<\/p>\n
