The resort Pamporovo<\/strong> <\/a>is located 15 kilometers north of the city of Smolyan and its altitude is over 1600 meters. It is extremely popular not only among Bulgarians, but also in a huge part of the countries in South-Eastern Europe. In winter it gives you the opportunity to enjoy some winter sports and we can guarantee that all the hotels in the area are simply amazing. All of them offer extremely beautiful views and unique Spa centers<\/strong><\/a>. If you're after a night out, you won't be disappointed - the resorts have plenty of traditional restaurants as well as some really good bars where you can enjoy a beer or two with friends and family. In the summer, the resort is still open to tourists and no less interesting \u2013 the beauty of The Rhodopes<\/a> is breathtaking. There are dozens of eco trails where you can walk and have a peaceful picnic with your loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Church of Saint Vissarion <\/span><\/h3>\n

Considered the fourth largest church in Bulgaria<\/a>, the massive Eastern Orthodox temple was officially opened in 2006. The Church of Saint Vissarion is 32 meters high and has 11 bells, the largest of which is over 150 cm tall. If you are fascinated by architecture, we can guarantee that this the temple<\/a> will leave you speechless. The destination is most popular among religious Bulgarians, but it is definitely worth a visit, even if you are not an Orthodox Christian.<\/span><\/p>\n
