The festival is an established name in the cultural calendar of the city and the region and attracts participants and guests from all over the country \u2013 people who come not to compete, but to share tradition, mood and common rhythm.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"475\">When and where is it held?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"582\">The festival is organized in Velingrad and takes place in several key points of the city.
